In this privacy policy for Skovs Studio, you will find information about how I/we process your personal data, including what data we collect, the purpose of collection, and how we as the data controller organization use and protect your information.

4.1. When you are a customer or contact us through “Our Websites,” we collect the following general personal information: name, address, postal code, city, country, mobile number, email address, and any billing information such as company name and VAT number. When using online payment, we also process necessary payment card information.

4.2. We never share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.

5.1. We only process your personal information when necessary to fulfill our agreements with you, provide the agreed service, or comply with legal obligations.

8.1. We protect your personal information through technical and organizational security measures. We store data with certified third parties (Simply.com and Dinero) and continuously evaluate their security level. Due to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee 100% security in data transfers. Therefore, you provide information at your own risk.

8.2. We only retain your personal information for as long as necessary. Generally, data is deleted or anonymized no later than 12 months after the purpose has ceased. However, accounting-related information is kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, cf. Section 10(1) of the Bookkeeping Act.

8.4. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You can object to the processing at any time or withdraw your consent. Complaints about our processing of personal data can be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency, cf. Section 58(1) of the Danish Data Protection Act.
